• 'No payment has been received' - Even though you've made the payment, it indicates that your transaction hasn't yet been recorded on the blockchain. However, this isn't an issue because you can try again once the transaction it's confirmed. Alternatively, if you've modified the recipient address, your transaction is irretrievable, and no one can assist you in this situation.

• 'No valid payment has been received' - This response may indicate that your payment is invalid for various reasons, such as recipient modification or deletion of the payment amount.
